Delivery from Russia to Europe countries is about 10 days, to the USA and Australia usually takes about 2 weeks though it may take a little bit longer in holiday times. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after acceptance of payment. This time is necessary to pack the goods and to prepare documents for custom as all goods are sent from Moscow, Russia.
For shipping we use International Air Mail. This is a registered method of delivery that requires your signature when you receive a parcel. Shipping costs are based on weight of the goods and they are counted automatically by the shopping cart. You can always check estimate shipping costs when you are on the page "View cart"

Some customers worry about risks of damages and losses because of long way from other country. We want to assure you that such risks are minimal, statistic of 14 years of our work shows that very few parcels are lost and in all cases we returned payment to customer. Registered International Mail does allow to get official insurance for parcels but we guarantee that all damaged or lost parcels (we repeat - this occurs very seldom though occurs) are refunded .
If you find some faults in goods that you received or you feel that received not what you expected you can return items back within two weeks. You may get other things (the same or similar at your choice) or get your payment back. In any case you have to send us via e-mail a request with your wish to return goods.
If you want to exchange goods you have to inform us about it by e-mail and to reserved desired things. Then you need to return received items by regular mail at your expenses . As soon as we receive that goods back we will send you reserved items.

Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue quickly. We will return money for the damaged item(s) or replace it with other item(s) at your choice.
Refusal of Shipments
If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package. If you refuse from your package at the post office before receiving it the shipment will be returned at no cost from your side.
